When architecture plans are designed for buildings, hotels, banks, or whatever, do they only use CAD software, or is there other software that they use to design these plans?

    No they also use Rhinoceros.

    CAD is the standard program professionals use.

    but if you were looking to practice with something.. look up the program SketchUP
