i need to design a city which will have really fast transport and a lot of power but it needs to be totally planned. it needs to be made using auto cad 3d. (other some other software u suggest). Can you help me with the basic Ariel city plan, like where i should place the houses, markets etc. Can you also tell me how i should go about this? It needs to be really new and creative and i just cant come up with anything. Can you also tell me websites where i can find basic city plans.
